There are three steps complete your profile with ScaleJobs. First, go to the scalejobs.com home page and register as a Job Seeker. You will then receive an email confirming your registration. Log in using your user ID and password. Select the 'Profile' option and enter your personal details, for example, Education, Experience etc. After building your profile, Go to 'iBVerify' option and upload your credentials. The ScaleJobs HR Team will review your credentials and award stars accordingly to complete your profile with scalejobs.com

4. What is Job Robo?
Job Robo is an innovative automatic search option on the ‘Job Central' page. It allows a Job Seeker to apply, create, and save three different search criteria. Based on the preference, the Job Seeker at a particular time can enable one of these three search criteria. The Job Seeker then receives three choices available through the 'Send result to' option and can direct the system
- To automatically apply for the job through the 'Auto Apply' option
- Save the job offer within the system via the 'Save in My Basket' option or
- Receive the job offers in e mail via the 'E- mail' option.
Each user can configure these 3 Job Robo’s for multiple purposes.
5. What is a Job Basket?
'Job Basket' is an option to use to store all your favorite jobs. It is available on the 'Job Central' page. The user can review the saved jobs at any time and can apply to them. The Job Seeker can add jobs to the basket by opting for the 'Save in my basket' option in 'Job Robo' or by clicking the ‘Save in my basket' option on the job page.
6. Can I block any employer from access to my profile?
Yes. It is possible to deny access to your profile by using the 'Block' option. Go to the 'Profile' page, choose the 'Edit' option in the 'Preferences' section, and click the ‘Block’ button.
7. Is it mandatory to verify my credentials with Scalejobs.com?
No. It is not mandatory to have your credentials verified. It is your choice. However, we strongly recommend that you go have your credentials verified as doing so will enhance your prospects of gaining a job with a reputed company.
8. What is IBVerify?
'IBVerify' is a ScaleJobs proprietary process that evaluates the Job Seeker's and the Employer's credentials. This feature is available only to registered users who are willing to verify their credentials with ScaleJobs. The Job Seeker/Employer can upload documents, related to education, experience, references and visa details. Our HR Executive will then evaluate these details and rate the Job Seeker/Employer accordingly. Once such personal/business credentials are verified, the prospects of finding a job/employee are greatly enhanced.
9. How do I achieve Scale Stars?
Scale Stars are given by ScaleJobs.com, upon verification of a Job Seeker's credentials. A Job Seeker can achieve a maximum of 5 stars. Successful registration with scalejobs.com scores one star. Education Verification scores one star, Experience verification scores one star, References verification scores one star, and partners of ScaleJobs.com scores one star. The final rating is given by ScaleJobs.com. These ratings can be seen in the "View Profile" or the "Scale Jobs Ratings" section of the 'IBVerify' page.

Scale Stars brighten the prospects of a Job Seeker and enhances the reputation of a company and in turn helps both in matching professionals with excellent opportunities. The star rating is an indication of lawful credentials and is an immense benefit to both the Job Seeker and the Employer.

The ScaleJobs Team of HR Managers is highly experienced and pioneers in the HR industry. They evaluate the credentials of Job Seekers/ Employers.
12. Does ScaleJobs verify my degrees with the colleges that granted them?
ScaleJobs.com does not verify the degrees of every Job Seeker. It carries out verification on a random basis. If any issues appear that need to be clarified, ScaleJobs.com can approach universities and colleges for verification once they have permission from the Job Seeker.
13. Does ScaleJobs.com verify my experience with other companies?
ScaleJobs.com does not verify the experience details of every Job Seeker. It carries out verification on a random basis. If any issues appear that need to be clarified, ScaleJobs.com can approach companies to establish the credentials of the Job Seeker once they have permission from the Job Seeker.

Job Template is a draft of a job that an employer uses repetitively for job posting. In the Job template, the Employer can enter the most frequently applicable data, such as location, job description, and save that data as a template. When creating a new job post, the Employer can simply Copy from the template and save time and effort. To navigate to the Job template, log in as an 'Employer', and select the 'Jobs' option. Go to 'Job Post/Copy Job’ and click 'Templates'. Select 'Create' option for creating job templates where the Employer can then save all the details of the job being offered. The ‘Job Template' option is also available in the 'Preferences' option on the Employer/Preferences page.
5. What is a Profile page?
A Profile page is a page that describes your company. It is the ‘face” of your company. It contains company details, such as Location, Industry, Description and Feedback. It can be tailored to insert your company's web home page. Log on as ‘Employer’ and select the 'Account' option. In the 'Administration' section, an option is available to create a profile.
6. What is Signature?
Signature constitutes the contact details of the employer and automatically displays along with all the job postings for the employer. It can be tailored to suite your individual requirements. The 'Signature' option is available in the 'Preferences' section of the Employer/Preferences page.
7. Is it mandatory to verify my company credentials with Scalejobs.com?
No. It is not mandatory to have your credentials verified. It is your choice. However, we strongly recommend that you do have your credentials verified. Doing so enhances your company image and increases the prospects of finding experienced professionals.
