6. Spreading, distributing, transmitting or otherwise making available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer codes, objects, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or networking equipment.
7. Interfering with or disrupting service or servers or networks connected to ScaleJobs, or dishonoring any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks related to ScaleJobs.
8. Violating the privacy of other registered users of ScaleJobs in terms of over-communications, dishonoring blocked list features, etc.
9. Conduct Identity Theft, Information hacking, security breaches etc.

Pricing and Payment

ScaleJobs offers some services for free and some with a service charge. If at any time during the course of this agreement, you should terminate a Service Agreement in which these Terms and Conditions have been incorporated by reference, not to include your termination in the case of any breach of this Agreement or the Service Agreement with ScaleJobs, We reserve the right to receive all payments from you in full.

Warranty and Disclaimers

1. Neither ScaleJobs nor its Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Suppliers, Advertisers, Agents, or Sponsors are responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other hypothesis arising out of or relating in any manner to this site and/or any type of content contained on this site, or any product or service purchased through this site. Your reaction to any manner of dissatisfaction regarding this website or its content is to stop using this website and its associated services. The maximum liability of ScaleJobs for all damages, losses, and causes of action whether in contract, tort, including without limitation, negligence or otherwise will be the total amount paid by you (if any) to use this site and/or its services.
